Thep Innovative provides color management for direct printing onto fabric, including workflow setup and color measurement with the X-Rite i1Pro 3 Plus, to build a systematic process for controlling textile print color.
Project objective
Establish consistent production color, make repeat printing easier and reduce trial and error in color adjustment by considering the entire printing process.

Sublimation
5 Machines, One Color Standard
Different brands, inks and printhead counts.
One shared print color standard.
A color management project by Thep Innovative for five sublimation printers from different brands, using different inks and different numbers of printheads, to bring their output to a shared color standard.
Project result
All five printers produce consistent colors despite differences in machines, inks and printhead counts. A shared color direction helps maintain consistent tones across production on multiple printers.
Scope of work
- Set a shared color standard for all five sublimation printers
- Create printer-specific ICC profiles matched to each printer and ink
- Adjust each printer’s workflow to suit actual production
- Compare output from multiple printers against the same color target
